Director, Global IT Service Delivery & Operations - Remote

Overview

This is a key IT Leadership role within the Copeland Global IT Infrastructure Management Team, focusing on building strong relationships between IT and business stakeholders to deliver value and support Copeland’s goals through effective IT infrastructure services.

In Short

• Key contributor to the global IT Infrastructure Strategy.
• Manage annual IT Budget preparation and cost control.
• Act as a focal point for all IT issues and ensure engagement with appropriate IT groups.
• Ensure optimum support for end-users and act as escalation point for issue resolution.
• Oversee full responsibility for Endpoint services and security compliance.
• Lead and motivate the IT support team, organizing performance meetings.
• Communicate IT strategy and plans to business leaders.
• Support Major Incident Management and Disaster Recovery procedures.
• Travel up to 30% globally as required.
• Fully remote role with potential site visits.

Requirements

• College/University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in IT / Leadership.
• Experience in a matrix organization with direct people management.
• Ability to lead a remote team effectively.
• Experience in IT Service Management, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Experience managing multiple endpoint platforms (Microsoft, iOS, Android, MacOS).
• Experience managing global IT operations.
• Project management experience, preferably with Cora.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
