Overview

The HR Analyst – Total Rewards & Recognition plays a critical role in supporting the recognition strategy and broader Total Rewards initiatives at Copeland, ensuring employee recognition is a key element of the workplace culture.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the global recognition platform.
  • Respond to user inquiries and issues to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to track program usage and engagement.
  • Support the invoicing and payment process for vendors.
  • Coordinate with recognition platform providers and monitor service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Finance teams for program delivery.
  • Provide training materials and support for Total Rewards tools.
  • Assist with Total Rewards projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Promote awareness of Total Rewards offerings through ongoing support.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or Total Rewards.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience with global recognition platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
