Overview

As the Total Rewards Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and maintaining Talkdesk’s pay structure with a focus on managing the Portugal benefits programs including uploading compensation changes in Workday, preparing the annual merit review process, managing the Portugal Flex program, reviewing benefits invoices, and assisting with employee questions.
