Reward Analyst - Remote

Overview

As part of the Reward & Mobility global team, reporting to a reward leader, this role is designed to be flexible to identify expertise in both Compensation and Benefits, this role will support the delivery of reward activity across the following aspects of reward:

In Short

• Fixed reward – base salary, compensation structures, and pay management
• Variable reward – short and long term incentives both cash and equity based
• Executive compensation and corporate governance
• Employee benefits
• Conducts comprehensive analysis of reward data and market trends
• Provides guidance and recommendations to HR and management
• Maintains accurate reward data and creates reports
• Develops and maintains reward structures
• Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Manages designated reward projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in reward analysis
• Proficiency in reward analysis tools and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of reward principles and regulations
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience with HRMS Compensation Tools
