Overview

The REO Analyst will support the REO Manager in maintaining all details related to REO properties in WBL’s portfolio in a remote work environment.

• Update and maintain details for assigned REO properties.
• Support REO Manager in responding to property violations.
• Make recommendations for property repairs to enhance value.
• Gather bids and manage timelines for projects.
• Assist in overseeing construction and renovations.
• Arrange inspections and secure properties in the field.
• Track expenses and prepare monthly reports.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
• Experience in real estate or property management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
