Overview

Workit Health is seeking a remote Total Rewards Analyst (Tax & Pay Analyst) to join the HR team. This role will report to the Manager / Sr. Manager, People Services (People Operations) and will run day-to-day payroll and employee tax operations for a company of 150-200 employees and contractors.

In Short

  • Full-Time; flex schedule & time zone
  • Reports to: Manager / Sr. Manager, People Services
  • Own full-cycle payroll & tax operations
  • Create and execute on pay processes
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees
  • Resolve open tax issues
  • Monitor and process department mail
  • Organize and run special pay and tax projects
  • Own equity administration in Carta
  • Other pay, tax, and people services duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, People Services, or Payroll
  • 1+ years as primary payroll point of contact
  • 1+ years of experience with Paylocity
  • Proven ability to own start-to-finish projects
  • Expertise in payroll, employee taxes, and pay law
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Expertise with Google Suite products
