Senior Clinical Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time role, working remotely and reporting to the Director of Operations, Clinical Practice. The role is responsible for the building and maintaining of provider schedule templates, evaluating and implementing different scheduling functionality to enhance template design to improve throughput and/or access.

In Short

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of clinical templates.
• Fulfill schedule change requests quickly and accurately.
• Independently carry out project work and meet all project deadlines.
• Collaborate with practice operations leaders to manage requests for schedule changes.
• Identify problems and follow through until resolution.
• Facilitate dialogue around enhancement opportunities to improve workflows.
• Monitor scheduling impacts on capacity and communicate issues with leadership.
• Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA) for requests.
• Document and revise master files to track changes.
• Participate in other work, projects, meetings, and committees as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• 1+ years of experience building and maintaining clinical scheduling systems.
• Fluent within EHR and data management systems, such as Google Sheets and Looker.
• Experience collaborating with clinical professionals and support staff.
• Exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting organizational goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable presenting to staff and leadership.
• Ability to assess and report on metrics.
