In Short

• Provide support to members via chat, email, and phone.
• Relay member needs to providers.
• Assist with prescription issues and authorizations.
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Learn and utilize EHR and communication platforms.
• Work in a private, distraction-free environment.
• Participate in video meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Adhere to scheduled work hours.
• Educate members on drug screening processes.

Requirements

• National Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Passionate about customer service and working with diverse populations.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Preferred: 1+ years of healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Comfortable asking for help and guidance.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment is a plus.
