Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
• Strong communication skills using correct grammar.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
