In Short

• Position: Certified Medical Assistant
• Location: Norfolk, VA
• Schedule: Swing Shift
• Clinic hours: 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. Monday-Friday
• Weekend hours: 8am-4pm
• Requires CMA, RMA, CCMA, or EMT Basic Certification
• Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days
• 1 year clinical/administrative experience preferred

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Certification as CMA, RMA, CCMA, or EMT Basic
• Basic Life Support certification
• Clinical/administrative experience preferred
• Ability to assess situations and develop action plans
• Effective inter-departmental interactions
• Follows department and system policies
• Utilizes safe and effective resources
• Demonstrates specific skills and knowledge required of medical assistants
• Productive and efficient in daily operations
