In Short

• Initiate virtual appointments with patients to collect health care information.
• Participate in daily interdisciplinary huddles and contribute to treatment plans.
• Coordinate treatment with the patient, family, and multidisciplinary care team.
• Support staff in tasks such as vital sign collection and recording.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary care team for high-quality care.
• Ensure smooth patient workflow and assist in implementing care plans.
• Process calls independently and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Medical Assistant Program.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a medical setting.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish or English-Haitian Creole) preferred.
• Ability to understand medical/behavioral health terminology.
• Experience in behavioral health and/or with elderly population preferred.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
