Overview

Author Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team offering remote, virtual-first care to seniors with serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorders (SUD).

In Short

• Conduct virtual initial assessments and ongoing care for seniors.

Requirements

• Current LCSW licensure in Florida.
• 3-5 years of experience post-licensure.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Comfortable in a startup environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Skilled in engaging patients through telehealth.
• Proficient in screening and diagnosis of mental health disorders.
• Experienced in developing treatment plans.
• Knowledgeable in evidence-based psychosocial treatments.
