Remote Certified Medical Assistant

Overview

We are seeking Remote Certified Medical Assistants to join our team and support virtual patient care programs.

In Short

• Assist patients throughout the telehealth process.
• Help patients complete electronic portal check-ins.
• Connect patients to video visits.
• Obtain vital sign measurements from home.
• Provide an accurate medical history.
• Participate in medication reconciliation.
• Complete screening questionnaires.
• Ensure accurate intake documentation.
• Provide proactive technology support.
• Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses (RNs) as needed.

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual patient care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic health records.
