Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year of clinical/administrative experience
  • Ability to assess situations and develop action plans
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety principles in healthcare
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Proficient in back office and front office tasks
  • Must be productive and efficient in operations
