The HR Director will partner with business leaders to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals across various global regions, driving strategic talent strategies and supporting organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
• 5 years in a global HR leadership role.
• 3 years’ experience influencing senior leaders.
• Proven experience in managing organizational change.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree preferred.
