Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Expertise in HR compliance and employee relations.
• Experience with internal investigations and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws, especially California.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
