Overview

The Human Resources Director is responsible for managing and overseeing the operational functions of the organization’s Human Resources (HR) program. This role directs the development, implementation, coordination, and administration of policies, programs, and services that ensure a high-performing, engaged, accountable, and compliant workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
  • 7–10 years of HR experience required
  • 3–5 years in HR leadership role preferred
  • Experience in employee relations and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Certifications in HR preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels
  • High level of ethics and professionalism
  • Must reside within the USA
