Overview

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Territory Sales Executive to support the execution of strategic account plans at a regional level across France. This role focuses on activating distribution networks, influencing contractors, and ensuring successful deployment of solutions across enterprise customer branches.

In Short

  • Execute strategy defined by the Strategic Account Executive.
  • Maintain relationships with local and regional distributors.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Account Teams for effective coverage.
  • Deliver product training and technical support to distributors.
  • Work directly with contractors to influence the sales process.
  • Implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate local agreements and pricing structures.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
  • Promote the full portfolio including compression and controls.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Technical degree or apprenticeship in refrigeration engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales or application engineering.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems.
  • Experience with distributors and contractor networks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a matrix organization.
  • Native-level French language skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel across Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
