Requirements

• 10+ years in post-sale delivery or service operations in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in optimizing operational processes.
• Strong track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in data-driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
