Overview

The VP of Fulfillment is responsible for the strategic leadership and execution of all post-sale service fulfillment and operations, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of their services.

Requirements

• 10+ years in post-sale delivery or service operations within SaaS.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in building and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong track record of improving operational efficiency.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in using data for decision-making.
• Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and solving complex problems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce, JIRA, and project management tools.
