Overview

The Senior Data Analyst supports leaders across Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Account Management, focusing on exploratory analytics and defining performance metrics.

In Short

• Lead exploratory analysis to uncover business problems and growth opportunities.
• Analyze CRM data to support GTM strategy and performance tracking.
• Define and maintain unit economics models across departments.
• Build actionable dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with CFO to automate revenue tracking.
• Develop executive-facing dashboards to track performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data tools like Domo and Redshift.
• Familiarity with Python for advanced analysis.
• Experience supporting business teams with data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to simplify complex data for business leaders.
• Strong communication skills with an executive presence.
• Curiosity or experience in AI or NLP analysis is a plus.
