Fulfillment Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will complete internal orders for fulfillment through different vendors and may also engage with customers depending on product and portfolio size.

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST.
• Minimum of 1 year in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in data entry in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Ability to remain at a workstation for the workday.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to observe details at close range.
