The Delivery Operations Manager will oversee the AI Delivery function at Supernal, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality delivery of AI solutions.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations for AI Delivery.
• Grow the Mason team from ~5 to ~30 in 6 months.
• Implement scalable systems for task assignment and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
• Act as the delivery interface for key accounts.
• Define and track delivery metrics.
• Build and manage internal documentation and onboarding flows.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure fast and reliable deployment of AI Employees.

Requirements

• 4+ years in delivery operations or technical program management.
• Experience managing technical teams (10+).
• Fluency in building operational systems and dashboards.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in motivating and managing technical teams.
• Familiarity with agentic architectures or automation platforms is a plus.
