• Work directly with the Head of Operations to manage operational processes.
• Take responsibility for specific areas of Operations ensuring smooth operations.
• Analyze processes, KPIs, and performance data to derive optimization measures.
• Coordinate projects and contribute to strategic topics.
• Collaborate closely with nearly 600 colleagues and partners in 17 countries.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service (e.g., team leadership, project management).
• Analytical thinking and hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with international teams.
• Good organizational skills and structured work approach.
• Proficient in handling metrics and performance analysis.
