In Short

• 100% Home Office starting October 2025.
• Engage in a B2C Telesales campaign by calling existing mobile customers.
• Transition to Inbound Mobile Service & Sales by late November.
• Active customer outreach and offer additional options (e.g., data packages).
• Provide telephone consultation to existing mobile customers.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and focus on upselling and cross-selling.
• Document customer conversations in the system.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and sales success.
• Flexible working hours with shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Full-time or part-time options available.

• Experience in call center and sales.
