The People Operations Coordinator supports and enhances the employee experience at every stage of the journey, ensuring operational excellence and fostering engagement within the company.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Adaptability to learn new tools and systems.
• Discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws preferred.
• Experience supporting remote teams is a bonus.
