People Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Khan Academy is looking for a highly-organized, client-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support the HR operational needs of our employees as well as our internal People Operations teams.

In Short

• Own on-boarding and off-boarding systems, processes, and communications.
• Ensure employee questions are answered with clarity and urgency.
• Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Manage our HRIS system including data entry and audits.
• Maintain internal process documents in our knowledge management system.
• Support efforts to optimize HR processes and communications.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for HR initiatives.
• Assist with ad-hoc People Operations projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience, HR or Talent Acquisition experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems and workflows.
• Working knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of requests.
• Client-service mindset in dynamic organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive data.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
