Enterprise Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Project Manager to join our Professional Services team at Docusign. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex implementation and integration projects for our enterprise customers, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-stream enterprise projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through to close.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Achieve Professional Services KPIs.
• Champion and enhance Docusign’s enterprise delivery framework.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Docusign’s products and integrations.
• Support capability uplift across the delivery team.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years of primary project management experience.
• 4+ years of experience with client process optimization.
• Proficiency in developing detailed project plans.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service project management.
• Experience using CRM solutions like Salesforce.com.
• Experience using Smartsheets for project management.
• Strong customer-focus and communication skills.
