  • Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Medical Assistant, preferably in telehealth.
  • Knowledge of patient care procedures and medical terminology.
  • Experience with medication requests and patient referrals.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable balancing patient care and operational tasks.
