Overview

The Customer Success Associate will provide essential support to brokers and administrators by addressing administrative needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

In Short

  • Provide accurate assistance to support administrative needs of Brokers and Admins across phone and email.
  • Assist with the onboarding and system needs for new and renewing plans.
  • Address and resolve complaints, such as billing discrepancies.
  • Manage and track issues, providing updates on progress.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions.
  • Educate brokers on compliance requirements.
  • Help brokers navigate online portals and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 2 years+ of experience in support roles.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in health insurance preferred.
  • Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience.
  • Adaptable to changing policies and technology.
