Overview

The Customer Success Associate at ExpertVoice will be the execution point of contact for client partners, focusing on onboarding and supporting clients on the ExpertVoice platform.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience.
• B2B client communication experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite, Outlook, Slack.
• Proximity to a major airport preferred.
• Customer onboarding experience preferred.
