Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
• Experience with technical products is preferred.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Passion for exceeding expectations and thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Diplomacy and poise under pressure.
