Overview

The Customer Success Associate at Heidi will support the onboarding and training of healthcare clinicians, ensuring they successfully adopt and integrate the AI Care Partner into their daily practice.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in healthcare operations, project management or digital transformation.
• Strong familiarity with clinician workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Intuitive and action-oriented mindset.
• Organized and reliable in handling multiple priorities.
• Collaborative teammate with strong relationship-building skills.
• Former clinician experience is a bonus.
