As a Customer Success Associate at Swish Analytics, you will establish yourself as an expert in the company's products and services, managing client inquiries and identifying solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer experience role, preferably in B2B.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to comprehend client inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
• Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds.
• Passion for NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA sports.
• Results-driven work ethic focused on process improvement.
• Availability for flexible work schedules, including nights and weekends.
