Forerunner is seeking an energetic Customer Success Associate to advocate for partner communities, ensuring they maximize their experience with Forerunner's software.

In Short

Requirements

  • Excellent, empathetic communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and prioritizing work.
  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Interest or experience in GovTech, floodplain management, or GIS.
