Overview

The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success for our clients at Dotdigital.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in email marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Proven account management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at building relationships with clients.
  • Experience managing accounts throughout their full life cycle.
  • Ability to mentor and lead team members.
