The Renewals Retention Manager will be the strategic architect behind our retention and growth engine, transforming complex datasets into a roadmap for global renewal success.

In Short

  • Drive the global renewal forecasting process.
  • Design and maintain sophisticated renewal health scoring models.
  • Analyze churn attribution and expansion patterns.
  • Optimize the renewals engine through process automation.
  • Create and present dashboards and quarterly business reviews.
  • Mentor others on best practices for tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Sales, Customer Success, and IT.
  • Build early warning systems for customer retention.
  • Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Support a flexible working model.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Renewals or Customer Success Operations.
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise.
  • Mastery of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics.
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
