As a Manager of Retention at Underdog, you will lead a high-performing operational marketing team focused on enhancing customer engagement and maximizing lifetime value through innovative retention strategies.

• Lead a team in operational marketing for retention campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM or retention marketing experience.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Strong real-time decision-making skills.
• Highly data-driven with expertise in SQL and A/B testing.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with data-focused CRM tools.
