In Short

• Own and manage the end-to-end legal billing, accruals, and spend tracking process.
• Oversee contract lifecycle workflows for timely execution and audit readiness.
• Support litigation and regulatory matters, including document management.
• Manage the Legal team’s schedules and own meeting logistics.
• Develop trackers and dashboards for legal spend and contract status.
• Maintain company org charts and governance documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve contract review processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations or similar role.
• Vigorous attention to detail and organization.
• Experience with legal billing platforms and contracts.
• Robust technical proficiency with business tools.
• Familiarity with legal operations tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or paralegal certification a plus.
