In Short

• Support operationalizing and optimizing the legal function
• Manage contract lifecycle from intake to execution
• Implement legal workflows and maintain compliance
• Serve as liaison with finance, product, sales, engineering, and HR
• Assist with IP filings and corporate governance
• Integrate Contract Lifecycle Management software into business processes
• Monitor and report on legal team KPIs and OKRs
• 4+ years of experience in legal operations or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or legal project management
• Experience in a startup or tech company preferred
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools
• Exposure to privacy and IP law
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background checks
