Overview

The Customer Success Associate will play a crucial role in supporting users of Worldly’s impact intelligence platform, focusing on sustainability and customer training.

In Short

  • Act as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries.

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
