Overview

The Customer Success Associate will play a crucial role in supporting users of Worldly’s impact intelligence platform, focusing on sustainability and customer training.

• Act as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries.
• Support the sales team by articulating the functionalities of Worldly tools.
