Customer Success Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Coordinator at Worldly will manage customers’ supplier lists and verify data accuracy while working with large data sets in a remote setting.

In Short

• Manage and maintain detailed record keeping of customers’ supplier/vendor lists.
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information for software platform import.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct incompatibilities.
• Import data to the platform and CRM on behalf of customers.
• Send templated emails on behalf of customers.
• Store completed work and perform backup operations.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Requirements

• Data entry work experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and data management tools.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods.
• Excellent knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
