Overview

The Customer Success Manager, Regional Lead will ensure clients achieve maximum value from sustainability software, guiding them through implementation and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Responsible for the end-to-end experience of customers in the EMEA region.
  • Onboard customers and help them achieve their engagement goals.
  • Drive product development based on customer needs.

  • Own implementation success for large customers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Associates.
  • Ensure smooth customer handoff from sales to support.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of CSM experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Experience managing complex customer engagements.
  • Program and Project Management experience.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with strategic customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused and proactive learner.
  • Team player with a drive for quality and excellence.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
