Overview

Flock Safety is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to deliver exceptional value and experiences to our strategic customers, leveraging our technology to enhance community safety.

In Short

  • Fully remote position with occasional travel to customer locations in the northeast.
  • Focus on increasing Net Revenue Retention through strategic customer engagement.
  • Train customers on product usage and ensure successful adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
  • Act as an internal champion for customer needs and feedback.
  • Communicate software functionalities clearly to customers.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently with strong follow-through.
  • Adapt to changes and navigate challenging conversations with ease.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute positively to team morale and company culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven relationship management skills, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience with de-escalation and managing tough conversations.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for customer success and fostering relationships.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
