Overview

The Regional Customer Success Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers in India, ensuring exceptional service and support while driving engagement and retention.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in India.
  • Collaborate with the US Customer Success team.
  • Drive engagement with mental wellness programs.
  • Serve as primary contact for global product updates.
  • Address escalations and urgent matters promptly.
  • Understand cultural nuances in client interactions.
  • Support clients with training topics and benefit overviews.
  • Lead global QBRs/ABRs and reporting requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success/Account Management experience.
  • Ability to manage a book of business with 30+ customers.
  • Deep passion for customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action.
  • Focus on high customer retention and expansion metrics.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and CRM tools is a plus.
