EAP Dedicated Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

Spring Health is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing barriers that prevent people from getting help. The EAP Dedicated Management Consultant role focuses on providing management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.

In Short

• Temporary role from 5/20/26 to 9/24/26.
• Work hours are 10am-6pm ET, flexible location.
• Coordinate and deliver critical incident response requests.
• Complete management referral intakes and guide counselors.
• Provide follow-up and monitor employee compliance.
• Assess and manage member crises with support.
• Act as a subject matter expert on customer benefits.
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Requirements

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with 3 years of experience.
• SAP qualification preferred.
• CEAP certification preferred.
• Crisis management experience.
• Familiarity with employee assistance programs.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Experience in delivering critical incident response.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
