Overview

The Dedicated Consultant at FloresHR is responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to leave of absence and accommodation management for assigned clients, ensuring a great experience for both clients and employees.

In Short

• Act as an extension of the client’s HR department.
• Administer leave of absence and accommodation processes.
• Complete administrative tasks using a leave management system.
• Determine eligibility for leave regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for leave cases.
• Communicate with employees regarding leave options.
• Generate required leave notices and paperwork.
• Assist clients with complicated leave cases.
• Provide updates to clients about employee leave requests.
• Support a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
• 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in leave management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships.
