Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining positive relationships with assigned clients and brokers, ensuring overall satisfaction and support.

In Short

  • Work from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
  • Responsible for client relationship management.
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients and brokers.
  • Utilize CRM systems for managing work.
  • Research and address technical and legal questions.
  • Support new client implementations.
  • Prepare for seasonal activities like re-enrollment.
  • Handle escalations and de-escalate situations.
  • Financial oversight of assigned accounts.
  • Maintain quality work aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant Account Management experience.
  • Experience in benefits management is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience with the Alegeus system.
  • Available to work specified hours post-training.
  • Collaborative team player.
