Overview

The Customer Service Representative at Flores is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and participants, handling inquiries, and processing benefit-related forms.

In Short

  • Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants.
  • Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes.
  • Research and respond to claims questions.
  • Send confirmation and documentation request emails and letters.
  • Maintain quality work that exemplifies Flores’ core values.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM ET.
  • Participate in training for 3-4 weeks.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Shared Services teams.
  • Handle conflict in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school graduate/GED; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a call center.
  • Experience in benefits management is highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflict.
  • Motivated individual looking for personal and professional growth.
  • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
