Neogen Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing expert assistance to customers and building ongoing relationships through consultative relationship building.

In Short

• Field inbound customer calls and initiate outbound calls.
• Enter orders into CRM and process payments.
• Track customer shipments and assist with eCommerce accounts.
• Participate in special projects and sales campaigns.
• Provide phone and email coverage for colleagues.
• Utilize phone etiquette skills with customers.
• Assist with cross-training within the department.
• Update training manuals with new procedures.
• Work with internal teams on inventory issues.
• Continue education on Neogen products and processes.
